Kristina Moore's practice focuses on the arbitration and litigation of high-stakes commercial and international investment disputes, particularly in matters related to construction, energy, and mining. Kristina represents clients in state and federal courts and in numerous arbitrations and annulment proceedings under the rules of major arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules. Kristina has taken multiple expert and plaintiff depositions in federal and state courts and has extensive experience with filings on the New York Commercial Division docket.

Kristina's extensive pro bono practice includes representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States through the Firm's Border Project and women in need of representation in New York Family Court through the Her Justice organization.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Kristina was a Fellow in the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE) law program. Selected Fellows study historical, philosophical, theological, and cultural texts related to Nazism and the Holocaust in which the historical context frames the discussion of contemporary legal and ethical issues. While a law student Kristina was team captain of Case Western Reserve University's (CWRU) Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot team and took fifth place at the 2017 Paris International Chamber of Commerce Vis Pre-Moot as a team of one, on behalf of CWRU. Kristina continues to participate as an arbitrator for international arbitration practice moots.

Kristina is an active volunteer with Achilles Kids and a Young Patron of the Metropolitan Opera.
