Corbin Neumann represents clients in complex commercial litigation, disputes, and prelitigation investigations. Corbin has previously defended clients in litigation between industry competitors, litigation and investigations brought by state attorney generals, and multijurisdictional litigation.
Corbin has experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions/briefs, preparing discovery requests, managing and analyzing discovery productions, supporting internal fact investigations, and preparing for and attending depositions. Along with defending clients in all phases of traditional litigation proceedings, Corbin also assists clients with internal audits and investigations by developing strong defense plans for any future resultant litigation brought by opposing parties, state attorney generals, or state agencies. Recently, Corbin assisted a client in a contentious preliminary injunction proceeding in which the Jones Day team was able to quickly recover high-value personal property being held by the adverse party. Corbin has also helped clients take the offensive by bringing counterclaims against overly litigious plaintiffs that relentlessly pursued groundless claims.
Corbin's pro bono practice includes assisting veterans in resolving legal disputes, providing legal assistance to asylum seekers, and supporting the Firm's sponsorship of the Eradicate Hate Global Summit.
