Emmanuelle Rivez-Domont's practice focuses on collective employment proceedings and reorganization of companies with negotiating of social plans, collective bargaining agreements, and collective performance agreements. In addition, she represents clients before various courts in collective disputes.
Emmanuelle also has strong experience in matters relating to employers' responsibility with respect to safety obligations and psycho-social risks. She is very active in compliance issues within the framework of codes of ethics, ethical alerts, and internal investigations. She also supports Firm clients in ESG (environmental, social, and governance) matters at the French and European levels. As a member of Jones Day's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice, Emmanuelle advises on these issues in the context of international plans. She is also a member of the Firm's restructuring & reorganization, outsourcing, data privacy teams.
Emmanuelle is regularly invited to speak on or moderate seminars on employment law in France and abroad. She is often asked to comment on employment topics in the economic, financial, and legal French press.
Emmanuelle is the administrative partner of the Firm's Paris Office and heads the Labor & Employment Practice in Paris.
