Rogelio Reyes focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. A significant highlight of his career was his secondment with the Dallas Cowboys Football Club, where he honed his skills in sports-related, transactional and litigation, legal issues, gaining invaluable insights into the unique legal needs of professional sports organizations.

Rogelio's tenure with the Cowboys provided him with an in-depth understanding of the intricate legal landscape surrounding sports teams, including contract negotiations, compliance issues, and dispute resolution.

Rogelio also has extensive experience in construction and international law. He has successfully managed complex litigation cases involving contract disputes, project delays, government contracting, internal investigations, and compliance issues. His proficiency in e-discovery has been instrumental in managing large-scale document reviews and data management.

Rogelio has an active practice in Texas state courts, where he has successfully drafted and argued pretrial and discovery motions. As a native Spanish speaker, his language skills have been crucial to his practice, mainly when working with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Rogelio is strongly committed to pro bono work, assisting Latin American refugees seeking asylum in the United States. He serves on the Texas Bar of Texas Committee on Laws Relating to Immigration and Nationality.

Rogelio was a Sponsors for Educational Opportunity Law Fellow in 2016 with Jones Day in the Firm's Dallas Office. This program offers talented students of color the opportunity to work at a top law firm during the summer before law school.
