Glenn focuses on commercial arbitration as well as on cross-border and domestic litigation in contentious banking and finance and insolvency and recovery matters, post-acquisition disputes, shareholder and securities litigation, governance conflicts, executive liability, and general contract and tort law. In an advisory capacity, he is experienced in liability and risk management, enforcement of awards, seizures, asset recovery, and cross-border dispute management.
Glenn's practice spans a spectrum of jurisdictions and industries, including banking, private equity, venture capital, insurance, asset recovery, financial services and liability, precious metals, fashion, media, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, aviation, and automotive.
Glenn has been a member of CEPANI40 (the under 40 group of the Belgian Center for Arbitration and Mediation) since 2022.
