Jacob Sandstrom practices in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. He advises clients on the administration of benefit and compensation plans, programs, and arrangements with complex legal requirements, including the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Jacob has experience advising public companies on corporate and securities law compliance, including compensation-related disclosure obligations.

Jacob is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He has contributed to Firm's pro bono efforts in Cleveland's Right to Counsel program, which provides free legal representation for eligible low-income tenants in Cleveland Housing Court.
