Macklin Willigan's practice focuses on complex antitrust and competition law issues across matters involving client counseling, merger review, government investigation, and litigation. He has assisted clients through all stages of merger review, from Hart-Scott Rodino filings to Second Requests and merger challenges. Macklin has represented clients navigating Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice investigations as well as those subject to related government or private plaintiff litigation. His experience covers a diverse range of industries, including agriculture, health care, freight and logistics, technology, and sports.
Macklin also dedicates time to pro bono matters, most recently contributing to the successful representation of a Salvadoran refugee who secured asylum.
