Jolena Zabel represents clients in complex civil litigation matters and investigations by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). She has experience with many aspects of the litigation process, including offensive and defensive discovery, deposition preparation, motions practice, hearing preparation, and legal research.
As part of her active pro bono practice, Jolena assisted a client in immigration proceedings and provides legal research support to a Minnesota-based human rights organization.
Jolena previously served as a judicial law clerk at the Minnesota Supreme Court. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jolena worked at an international nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C.
