Audrey Bontemps has advised clients on numerous mid-cap M&A transactions, as well as several large-cap M&A transactions.

Audrey's practice focuses on private M&A, including domestic and cross-border divestitures, acquisitions and strategic alliances, contracts, and corporate law issues. She represents large French and multinational industrial corporations and investment funds in a number of key sectors and is especially active in the chemical, energy, and real estate areas.

Recent representative matters include: SUEZ SA's sale of SUEZ Recycling & Recovery operations in four continental Europe countries to PreZero, the environmental division of Schwarz Group; TotalEnergies' acquisition of Fonroche Biogaz and divestitures of its specialty chemicals affiliate Atotech B.V. to The Carlyle Group and its worldwide adhesives business to Arkema; Reno De Medici SpA's sale of its 100% interest in R.D.M. La Rochette S.A.S. to La Rochette Holding S.A.S. owned by Mutares SE & Co. KgaA; crude oil storage operator Pisto's tentative acquisition of a 30% stake in the Trapil pipeline network from Total; and Greystar Real Estate Partners in relation to a joint venture for the development of purpose-built student accommodations and young professional accommodations in the Greater Paris region, with an investment capacity of circa €1 billion.

Audrey has also advised on domestic renewable energy and infrastructure projects for major actors like TotalEnergies Renouvelables France and la CDC.

In the banking sector, Audrey represented My Money Bank in the sale of its auto loans activity in mainland France to Arkea Group and Euronext in its acquisition of a minority stake in LCH.Clearnet SA.

(NYSE: APO) for an all-cash purchase price of €1.45 per share, corresponding to an overall consideration of €315.3 million.
