Annie McGraw represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience with many aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, legal research, deposition preparation, and motions practice. She conducts fact investigations and witness interviews for internal investigations into corporate affairs.
She also has experience advising clients on U.S. and international data breach and ransomware attack investigations, including breach response, forensic investigations, notification requirements, and other regulatory obligations.
Annie maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients in civil and criminal matters.
