Luca Allevi has advised domestic and international clients on labor and employment law for more than 20 years.

Luca's experience in transactional matters is widely recognized, especially in the field of transfer of undertakings, and he regularly coordinates advice on the human resources (HR) aspects of cross-border M&A deals. He works extensively as a lead lawyer with client teams to advance clients' interests and to successfully complete transactions.

Luca supports and advises senior management in the day-to-day labor and employment issues related to their business activity. In particular, his practice has evolved to focus on key strategic HR projects, including handling sensitive executive departures, individual and collective terminations, major workplace change events, restructuring matters, and transactional employment law issues.

Luca counsels clients on a wide range of employment matters, including general and strategic advice, assistance with contentious matters, management of trade unions relationships, social security law, and commercial agency relationships.

Luca has extensive experience in judicial and out-of-court negotiations, notably in settlement disputes with top managers and executives. He has represented clients in a variety of sectors including automotive, finance, biomedical, chemical, manufacturing, fashion, and sports.

Luca also has substantial experience in matters relating to employers' responsibility with respect to safety obligations and in compliance issues, such as codes of ethics, anticorruption policy, and whistleblowing.

Luca is a visiting lecturer for the MBA program at the Alma Graduate School of Bologna and at the post-graduate program at the University of Bologna. He also has been a speaker at labor law conventions and seminars.
