JP Baratta represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. JP's experience includes defending employers against claims arising under Title VII (employment discrimination), the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), the New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL), and the New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL).
JP maintains an active pro bono practice. He provides counseling to nonprofit organizations on labor and employment matters and works with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) to represent unaccompanied minors seeking asylum.
