Will Echols represents clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, joint ventures, private equity investments, strategic transactions, and commercial agreements. Will has experience working with businesses in the energy, construction, real estate, and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Will was a partner in a business advisory practice. During this time he counseled companies across various industries on their general corporate and commercial needs including matters ranging from debt and equity financing, acquisitions, divestitures, executive compensation, leasing, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
Will is active with his church and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
