Vanessa Ferre focuses her practice on private equity, capital investments, and M&A. She advises French and international companies, managers, and investment funds on transactions involving all aspects of corporate law. She also assists high-risk, innovative companies with fund raising, business development, and external growth plans.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Vanessa was a trainee and an associate at an international law firm where she gained experience working on private equity matters.
