Omar Jishi's practice focuses on patent litigation involving semiconductors, electronics, and telecommunications technology. His experience includes developing invalidity arguments, conducting factual and legal research, and drafting a wide range of briefings. Moreover, Omar's technical background as an electrical engineer enhances his ability to navigate complex patent issues effectively.

Before law school, Omar worked on designing and developing complex radar systems for defense applications, where he concentrated on signal processing, communication and control systems, and semiconductor technology. He also worked for an aerospace manufacturer and was responsible for the architecture, design, and modeling of satellite communication payloads.

During law school, Omar worked as a research assistant analyzing complex issues arising from the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), separation of powers doctrine, and national security law. This experience positions Omar uniquely to identify and analyze issues at the intersection of administrative and patent law.

Omar also maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients seeking asylum, domestic abuse survivors seeking restraining orders, and prisoners claiming constitutional violations.
