Michelle Karrer advises national and international clients in cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, carve-outs, and other corporate transactions, as well as corporate reorganizations and general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Michelle practiced at a U.S. law firm in Munich, where she represented, among others, BITZER, a leading manufacturer of refrigeration and air conditioning products, on the acquisition of OJ Electronics Group; TA Associates (TA), a leading global growth private equity firm, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Germany-based IGEL Group; Siemens on the sale of its Commercial Vehicles business; and several biotech companies on financing rounds.
