Andrew Lee represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. His experience includes briefing and motions practice, witness preparation, and offensive and defensive discovery.
Andrew has assisted in internal investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and ethical sourcing, with experience assisting in interviews abroad in South Korea and in India. He has also worked on teams representing global pharmaceutical companies in third-party subpoenas and in contract disputes. In addition to pharmaceutical clients, Andrew has experience representing companies in the energy, airline, appliances, and manufacturing industries.
Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice. He represents individuals who seek asylum in the United States as well as victims of hate crimes. Andrew is also actively involved with the Alumni and Parents Admission Program at Washington University in St. Louis as a volunteer alumni interviewer and serves on the board of directors for the Korean American Bar Association of Chicago.
Prior to law school, Andrew interned at the United Nations Headquarters, working for the then-Department of Public Information.
