Andy Lee leverages his background in intellectual property (IP) and engineering with a focus on the life science and semiconductor sectors. His practice encompasses patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, and he has a proven track record in civil litigation, assisting clients in resolving patent disputes effectively.
Prior to joining to Jones Day, Andy served as a patent agent at a prominent Taiwan IP law firm, where he gained extensive experience securing and defending IP rights for clients across diverse industries, including semiconductors, chemical engineering, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. Andy provides strategic counsel to clients on patentability, validity, infringement, and freedom to operate and assists companies with IP due diligence.
Andy is a member of the Taipei Bar Association.
