Quinten Levin's practice focuses on representing policyholders in pursuing insurance claims and litigation. Quinten has been involved in claims counseling and complex insurance coverage litigation relating to a number of different types of coverage, including commercial general liability (CGL), directors and officers (D&O), errors and omissions (E&O), business interruption, and environmental liability policies.
Quinten also maintains an active commercial litigation practice in other areas, including antitrust, contract, and indemnity disputes. He has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including pleadings, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and appeals in state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as multidistrict litigation. Quinten also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing individuals seeking an adjustment of immigration status, assisting survivors of human trafficking through the vacatur process, and representing criminal appeals.
