Tyler Larsen advises clients on complex environmental issues related to climate and sustainability at the federal and state levels. He assists clients with environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, permitting, and business transactions.
Tyler provides counsel on a diverse array of environmental issues such as complying with the renewable fuel standard (RFS) program under the Clean Air Act (CAA), obtaining air permits from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and conducting site remediation under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). Tyler also provides transaction support by conducting environmental due diligence and advising on the environmental terms of transactions.
Tyler maintains an active pro bono docket in which he represents immigrants seeking asylum and special immigrant juvenile (SIJ) status.
