Yangyu Lim is a finance lawyer with broad experience representing financial institutions, borrowers, and sponsors in domestic and cross-border debt transactions.

Yangyu has worked on a wide range of debt-related transactions, including syndicated loans, real estate finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, securitizations, subscription line financings, project-related financings, debt restructurings, and rescue financings.

Yangyu is dual-qualified in English and Singapore law and has extensive deal experience covering Europe and Asia. Clients of the Firm that Yangyu has advised include Boeing, Castlelake, Goldman Sachs, Greystar, JF Lehman, JP Morgan, Macquarie, MassMutual, MUFG, Morgan Stanley, OCBC Bank, UPL, and Wells Fargo.

Prior to relocating to Jones Day's London Office, Yangyu was based in the Firm's Singapore Office. Prior to joining Jones Day, Yangyu practiced at a top-tier Singapore law firm in its banking & finance practice.
