Lisa Mundos has a broad practice that focuses on high-stakes and complex litigation before state and federal courts. She acts for clients in Royal Commissions and Commissions of Inquiry and in regulatory investigations and has worked with an array of clients including ASX-listed (Australian Securities Exchange) entities, global corporates, financial institutions, government bodies, and regulators across a diverse range of practice areas such as class actions, consumer law, product liability, corporations law, insurance, and taxation.
Lisa also has in-depth experience advising clients on ESG (environmental, social, governance) issues especially as they relate to managing modern slavery risks within their operations and supply chains, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with state and commonwealth modern slavery legislation.
