Paul Maurin's experience includes French and international venture capital, private equity, M&A, and capital markets.

Paul regularly advises listed and unlisted companies and their managers at every stage of their development as well as their investors (venture capital and private equity firms, institutional and industrial investors). He represents issuers and investors in financing rounds, private and public M&A, LBOs, IPOs, private placements, and tender offers.

Paul's recent experience includes technology and life sciences companies (Stratumn, Voluntis, Nanobiotix). His recent investor-side representations include Partech Partners, Bpifrance, Creadev (Mulliez family), Piton Capital LLP, and Alven Capital Partners.

Examples of Paul's representations include the acquisitions by Ansys of Optis; the sale of A2Mac1 by its founders; the financing rounds of Doctolib, ManoMano, and Tinubu Square; the IPOs of Voluntis and Tikehau; the private placements of Nanobiotix and Cellnovo; and the share capital increase of Voltalia.
