Zach Marshall-Carter is a litigator with a focus on intellectual property. He has worked on matters in state and district courts and has experience in discovery, pretrial proceedings, and trial preparation.
Zach also maintains an active pro bono practice. He works with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and Her Justice to represent clients in immigration and family court matters related to claims for asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile status, custody, and orders of protection.
Prior to attending law school, Zach taught biology as a 2018 Teach For America corps member in Lawrence, Massachusetts. He also actively volunteers to coach, mentor, and judge students in trial advocacy competitions and previously served as the head coach of the University of Massachusetts Lowell mock trial program.
