Ariana Wilner has represented Fortune 100 companies in some of their most significant intellectual property disputes. Ariana leverages her multidisciplinary technical background to develop creative and effective solutions in clients' high-tech, cross-border battles. Her experience spans state and federal courts at various stages of litigation, including pre-lawsuit preparation, case management, discovery, motions practice, and appeal.

While in law school, Ariana helped draft cert petitions before the U.S. Supreme Court as part of UCLA's Supreme Court Clinic. She also interned at the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Legal Policy, where she strategized on policy issues of national significance. She is the recipient of several academic awards and has authored both technical and legal publications. Ariana was recognized for her scholarship as the 2023 winner of the national Eaton Award honoring excellence in constitutional law.

Ariana maintains an active pro bono practice.
