Kelly Ozurovich Watne has experience litigating cases in a broad range of complex commercial matters, with an emphasis on antitrust and unfair competition litigation. She is experienced in representing international companies in complex civil litigation through trial, in both state and federal courts.

Kelly's recent experience includes defending the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) in international adversary proceedings, obtaining summary judgment for Marathon Petroleum in an antitrust class action, and defending an integrated health care system in an antitrust and unfair competition lawsuit brought by a competing provider. Kelly has also represented companies targeted by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC), including for claims of price-fixing in the computer components and capacitors industries.
