Macklin Willigan's practice focuses on emerging antitrust and competition law issues arising in various contexts, including government investigations, litigation, and merger review. He has represented clients across several industries, including agriculture, health care, technology, and sports.
Macklin also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on assisting individuals seeking asylum in the United States. Most recently, he substantially contributed to the successful representation of a Salvadoran refugee who secured asylum.
