Sarah Weberman focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions. She has experience working on matters involving government contracts disputes, bid protests, Department of Justice (DOJ) fraud investigations, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) prosecutions relating to allegations of insider trading and market manipulation.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Sarah practiced at a large international law firm in Boston, where she advised clients on private equity-backed M&A, formation and structuring of business entities, borrower-side financing transactions, and general corporate governance matters for public and private companies.
Sarah also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients petitioning for guardianship and seeking asylum.
