Greg Zakrajsek practices in the private equity and M&A space and represents private equity firms, investment firms, and privately held entities in acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financings, restructurings, and other strategic transactions. Greg also counsels private equity portfolio companies and other privately held company clients on general corporate and business law matters.
