Jones Day recognized by Leadership Council on Legal Diversity as a 2024 Top Performer

Jones Day has been named a Top Performer by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), which recognizes law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession. LCLD is composed of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leaders of the profession—who are committed to ensuring that all talent thrives, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession. The Top Performer award recognizes those organizations who are most engaged with LCLD's programs and activities throughout the year.

At Jones Day, you will see lawyers from diverse backgrounds leading client engagements, practice groups, and offices around the world. This reality reflects not only a long-standing Firm commitment to diversity but, more profoundly, a recognition that a broad, diverse group of lawyers is important to our Firm culture and meets the needs of our clients in a diverse world. The Firm shares this commitment with its clients and undertakes this responsibility with them.

In addition to this recognition, Jones Day recently was named by Law360 a "Ceiling Smasher" for the fifth consecutive year for being one of the top ten firms with more than 600 lawyers with the highest representation of women in their equity partnerships.

Jones Day is a global law firm with more than 2,400 lawyers in 40 offices across five continents. The Firm is distinguished by: a singular tradition of client service; the mutual commitment to, and the seamless collaboration of, a true partnership; formidable legal talent across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions; and shared professional values that focus on client needs.
