Daniel Baum focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, including disputes and counseling, and complex civil litigation.

Daniel represents clients in single plaintiff and class action disputes, including wage and hour claims, discrimination and retaliation claims, and claims under collective bargaining agreements. His experience spans the life cycle of a case, including pleadings, discovery, motions practice, and appeals. Daniel also counsels clients on employee handbooks and policies; compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws; and collective bargaining negotiations. He serves clients in the transportation, health care, higher education, telecommunications, and financial services industries.

Daniel is involved in various pro bono initiatives, and he speaks to tour groups at The Zekelman Holocaust Center about his family's Holocaust story.
