Kasper van Haaren advises and assists on the full range of employment law. He is experienced in individual and collective dismissals, sensitive leadership changes, employment and pension aspects of (cross-border) transactions, including related works council and trade union matters, changing terms and conditions of employment and pension plans, and transfer of undertakings. In addition, he assists with high-profile pension litigation matters that are at the interface of employment and pension law.

Kasper regularly writes and publishes on employment and pension law matters in Dutch law journals. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2019, he served internships with top-tier international law firms in Amsterdam. During his studies, he worked as a researcher and legal assistant to the leading professor of Dutch employment law at the University of Amsterdam.
