Alex Wagner advises organizations regarding all facets of compliance in the realms of privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital regulations related to information. He has experience helping businesses proactively prepare for emerging regulatory demands concerning data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and overall data governance.

He also assists clients in enhancing their strategies for data governance and risk mitigation when introducing new products or services. This includes the development and implementation of robust, actionable privacy compliance frameworks and strategies that span the entire organization.

Prior to earning his second state exam, Alex served as a legal trainee and intern at various international law firms. During this time he gained experience in the fields of litigation, M&A, compliance, and intellectual property. He began his career at an international law firm in Frankfurt where he focused on private equity.
