Daniel Baum focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, including disputes and counseling, and complex civil litigation. He has experience drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, conducting motion practice, negotiating settlements, preparing for trial, and advocating on appeal.
Daniel is involved in various pro bono initiatives, and he speaks to tour groups at The Zekelman Holocaust Center about his family's experiences in the Holocaust.
