Terri Chase, who has been representing employers for more than 25 years, focuses on obtaining results that advance clients' strategic business goals. Terri proactively advises clients on DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) programs and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) risks; compliance with the patchwork of federal, state, and local employment laws; conducting sensitive investigations and internal audits; and developing best employment policies and practices. She also defends corporate clients in complex labor and employment litigation, including employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation lawsuits, wage and hour actions, and trade secret and restrictive covenant matters proceeding in federal and state courts, arbitration, and government agencies. Terri has first-chaired the defense of a number of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employment tort, and breach of contract claims in trials and arbitrations.

Terri also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising small not-for-profit clients on employment matters. In addition, she has advised unaccompanied minors on immigration matters, including working in collaboration with corporate clients on such representations through organizations like Kids in Need of Defense.
