Gerjanne te Winkel posee más de 30 años de experiencia en litigios civiles y arbitrajes. Gerjanne está reconocida como una de las abogadas más prestigiosas en el ámbito de los litigios empresariales en los Países Bajos. Gerjanne ha representado a clientes en varios casos emblemáticos ante la División de Empresas del Tribunal de Apelación de Ámsterdam, como Delta Lloyd, ABN AMRO, Versatel, Getronics, Cryo-Save, Novero y SNS Reaal.
