Hannah Braiding-Watson advises Australian and international clients in complex commercial disputes. Her experience includes high-stakes commercial litigation and regulatory investigations and inquiries across a range of sectors such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, and construction.
Hannah's recent experience includes representing international pharmaceutical companies in test case litigation with global implications commenced by the Commonwealth government, advising a financial services corporation in relation to an investigation commenced by Australia's corporate regulator, and acting in a cross-border commercial dispute involving complex corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Hannah was the Associate to the Honourable Justice Jackson of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
