Naomi Blagaila advises clients in a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of real estate assets with experience at the intersections of real estate, intellectual property, and technology.

Her recent experience includes a $650 million senior secured revolving credit facility for a publicly traded real estate investment trust for Wells Fargo Bank and a $490 million amended and restated revolving credit facility for MYR Group, a national electrical contractor specializing in transmission and distribution, substation, and commercial and industrial construction.

She also advises corporate clients with intellectual property aspects of merger and acquisition transactions including Five9's acquisition of Aceyus for $82 million in cash and Ansys's acquisition of Diakopto, a provider of differentiated EDA (electronic design automation) solutions to accelerated integrated circuit (IC) development.
