Chris Chorzepa's practice focuses on antitrust matters, including government investigations, merger review, litigation, and counseling. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, agriculture, manufacturing, and consumer products. He has helped clients navigate through all stages of merger review, private plaintiff and government litigations, and internal and government investigations.

He is also experienced in commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, conducting motion practice, and negotiating and finalizing settlements.

Chris maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients seeking asylum in the United States and clients seeking to set aside convictions. He most recently successfully helped to obtain asylum for a Salvadoran client at trial.
