Jorge Cantón counsels public and private companies on corporate law and contractual law matters, with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. He advises a diverse clientele of Spanish and international companies, ranging from publicly traded corporations to emerging start-ups across various jurisdictions and industries such as health care, manufacturing, real estate, new technologies, and financial services.

Jorge's academic background also includes international and European study programs at Duke University and Tufts University in the United States and King's College London.
