Callie DeCort represents clients in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, arbitration and other administrative proceedings, and prelitigation settlement negotiations. Callie has experience counseling clients prelitigation, conducting and responding to written discovery, drafting pretrial pleadings and motions, leading deposition preparations, preparing for trial and arbitrations, and negotiating favorable settlements for Firm clients.
Callie also maintains an active pro bono practice, where she has gained trial preparation experience through representation of individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
