Patrick DuBois represents and counsels clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including internal investigations, government enforcement proceedings, and high-stakes multidistrict litigation. He has diverse litigation experience in state and federal courts, including e-discovery and document management, motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, preparation of witnesses, and pretrial preparation.
Patrick's recent work includes representing a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices.
Patrick maintains an active pro bono practice, which has included representing tenants facing eviction in state court and incarcerated clients alleging civil rights violations in federal court. He also recently assisted a trial team win asylum for a Salvadoran family fleeing political persecution.
