Representative transactions include advising on the sale of the iQ Group by the REPIA (real estate principal investment area) division of Goldman Sachs and The Wellcome Trust to affiliates of Blackstone for £4.66 billion; advising Greystar Real Estate Partners on a significant number of student housing and build-to-rent portfolios; numerous joint ventures, acquisitions, and disposals for The British Land Company PLC; and over 30 transactions for J.F. Lehman & Company, a New York-based private equity firm specializing in the aerospace, maritime, and defense industries for which he has acted for more than 20 years.
