Grace Gardner joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2024. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day. Grace will be focusing on litigation, in particular supporting the Labor & Employment Practice.
Prior to attending law school, Grace worked as a paralegal for the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) in Chicago, Illinois. During her time at the NIJC, Grace supported staff attorneys in preparing citizenship applications and working with undocumented individuals currently residing in the United States.
