Jean-Gabriel Griboul intervient depuis 20 ans dans les domaines du private equity, des fusions-acquisitions et du droit boursier.

Il assiste des sociétés de croissance cotées et non cotées et leurs actionnaires dirigeants, financiers ou industriels, à tous les stades de leur développement, depuis leur création jusqu'à leur introduction en bourse et, au-delà, dans leur vie de sociétés cotées, ainsi que de grands groupes industriels français et internationaux.

A ce titre, il conduit chaque année un grand nombre d'opérations de capital-risque et de capital développement, de fusions-acquisitions, d'introduction en bourse, d'offres publiques et de placements privés, à titre principal dans les secteurs du logiciel, des biotech/medtech, de la fintech et de la transition énergétique.
