Julian Gale's practice focuses on business restructuring and reorganization, including chapter 11 proceedings, complex bankruptcy litigation, and other bankruptcy-related matters. He also counsels distressed clients contemplating filing for bankruptcy.
Julian is currently representing Aldrich Pump and Murray Boiler, affiliates of Trane Technologies, as well as LTL Management, a Johnson & Johnson affiliate.
Julian also represents Experian in consumer litigation under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), focusing on matters related to consumer bankruptcies.
In addition, Julian maintains an active pro bono practice counseling refugees seeking asylum in the United States.
