Sarah Goodman advises and represents financial institutions in complex litigation and regulatory matters. Sarah's practice focuses on disputes in federal and state courts involving asset-backed securities and structured financial products. She has experience handling large-scale portfolio assessments, advising banks and other financial institutions in matters involving federal and state regulators, and representing financial institutions in complex litigation.
Sarah also maintains an active pro bono practice, including her work with the New England Innocence Project.
