Qian Hu conseille des institutions financières, des fonds d'investissement et des corporates sur les aspects réglementaires et transactionnels d'un large spectre d'opérations financières (produits dérivés, titrisations, pensions livrées/prêts de titres, portages, rachats d'actions, financements structurés, collateral management, etc). Elle possède une très forte expertise en matière de dérivés actions stratégiques, notamment utilisés dans le cadre d'opérations de M&A boursières, de financements de participations ou d'opérations de haut de bilan. Elle a conseillé de nombreuses opérations stratégiques emblématiques sur le marché européen. Elle est également très active en ESG derivatives, dérivés sur GOs, contrats financiers d'achat d'électricité (VPPAs), dérivés de crédit structurés, notamment conclus dans le cadre d'opérations de titrisation synthétique, d'opérations de gestion des besoins de fonds propres réglementaires ou de structuration de produits d'investissement gérés de manière dynamique.

Qian Hu a acquis une expérience importante dans l’accompagnement des clients institutionnels du Cabinet sur les problématiques liées aux nouvelles exigences réglementaires en Europe et aux Etats-Unis. A ce titre, elle assiste notamment de nombreux clients dans la mise en place de documents de reporting, de clearing et de collatéralisation de produits dérivés. Elle intervient également en matière de contentieux financiers et de management des pré-contentieux, notamment dans le cadre de la faillite de Lehman Brothers.

Qian Hu conseille également dans le cadre de restructurations financières.

Avant de rejoindre le bureau parisien de Jones Day, Qian Hu a travaillé au sein des bureaux de Paris, Londres et Beijing d’un grand cabinet français. Lors de son séjour à Beijing, elle a assisté de nombreux clients français dans le cadre de leurs négociations avec les autorités chinoises (MOFCOM, SAIC, SAFE, PBOC, etc.). Elle a également assisté des clients français dans la création de JVs et dans la définition de stratégie de gestion de pré-contentieux avec des partenaires chinois.
