Demetria Kimble advises public and private companies on corporate law matters. She has represented clients in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. Demetria's practice also includes a focus on technology, data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity.
Demetria maintains an active pro bono practice, advising nonprofit organizations, representing persecuted individuals seeking asylum, and furthering the Firm's Human Trafficking Expungement Initiative by working with victims of human trafficking to obtain expungement of their criminal records. Demetria also participates in Cleveland's Right to Counsel program, which provides free legal representation to low-income tenants facing eviction.
