Joseph Kiessling represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, including multistate class actions and state attorney general investigations. He has experience in offensive and defensive discovery, drafting briefs, fact investigation, legal research, and preparing depositions.
Joseph has also assisted clients on government contract matters, including bid protest litigation. He maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on representing clients in immigration asylum proceedings and advocating for incarcerated individuals.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Joseph served as a judicial law clerk for Senior Judge Charles F. Lettow of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
